Liability participant/customer Jossy Reynvoet:
Entering the grounds is at your own risk, as is participation in all activities offered inside and outside the grounds. De Bornehoeve expressly excludes liability for the occurrence and consequences of accidents, as well as liability as a result of loss, theft, damage to goods.
Whoever opts for equestrian sports also opts for the risks involved. A rider may fall and hit horses and ponies, bite, etc. We are not liable for the consequences. So make sure you have your own family insurance with an extension BA for your horse.
Wearing a safety helmet is mandatory. If you do not wear one, you are responsible for the consequences.
If you leave equipment on the grounds of Jossy Reynvoet (trailer, car, and/or other equipment), this is done at the risk of the participant/customer. Make sure that you are insured for this as well.
By staying on the grounds and participating in the activities, you explicitly agree with the above.

Finally:
Jossy Reynvoet enters into an effort commitment and not a result of commitment.
